Swagger Rigging Instructions

This is the proper way to rig a Swagger Swimbait. There are a few other ways to rig these but this is one of the simplest.

1. Split the protective seal on the bottom of the bait.

2. After splitting the bottom take a hook and insert it into the CENTER of the nose.

3. After inserting hook into the CENTER of the bait, push the hook about 1/4 inch into the nose of the lure. Try not to push the hook into the split area. Once the hook is about 1/4 inch into the lure start pushing the hook point down towards the bottom of the bait until the hook comes out of the bottom.

4. After inserting hook as stated above continue to push hook all the way through as if Texas rigging.

5. Simply insert hook into the split area and push through the top of the back.

To be more affective in thick cover simply skin hook the hook point and the lure will be virtually weedless.
